Record an evidence version
Record the reviewed text and its source. After saving a draft revision, open it to retain original supporting files. A source link alone remains a draft without a retained text snapshot; file retention does not grant approval.
Scope access and recorded authority
Use actual management authorization. Entering a reference records the assertion; it does not independently verify that the authority was granted.
People are managed by an account administrator assigned to this scope.
Propose name or address change
Changes retain the existing entity and site identifiers. Historical evidence retains the identity recorded at the time. A different legal entity or ownership transfer requires a new scope.
Create an unverified organizational scope
Use the actual legal entity and physical site. A production-line name is not a legal entity or site. This creates a provisional scope for evidence collection; management approval remains required.
