Fair comparisons across products and tasks, with every score traceable to completed cycle evidence.
Each operator is first compared with peers completing the same task on the same battery. Those cohort pace scores are then sample-weighted. A score of 100 is cohort pace; 110 is about 10% faster. Glue seconds are never directly compared with welding seconds.
