Measurement points and acceptance limits

Map each instrument channel and set inclusive ACIR and voltage limits. Drafts may be incomplete; every cell-group and pack limit is required before publication.

Shared cell-group criteriaUse wider absolute ACIR limits for expected environmental drift, then use the relative high-group difference to catch an outlier weld. Only populated shared fields are copied to cell-group rows. Every point must be complete before publication.

Hioki recommends 0.010 s with the BT3562A.

Each logical SW9001 four-wire SOURCE channel automatically uses SENSE channel n + 11. Actual product failures are never retried; retries apply only when the instrument reports an invalid/open-probe measurement.
